Frequently asked questions

Everything below is how the platform actually behaves, not how we would like it to. If your question is not here, ask us directly — we answer within one working day.

Using the service

What exactly do I receive?

For a similarity order: the full similarity report from institutional software, a match-by-match commentary explaining which matches are genuine overlaps and which are false positives such as reference lists or standard phrasing, and a source list. For an AI-detection order: the detector's report, the passages it flagged, and the reviewer's read on how much confidence the result deserves. A combined order gives you both plus one prioritised action list.

How long does it take?

You choose the turnaround at checkout, from a few hours to several days, and the price reflects it. The clock starts when you pay, not when a reviewer accepts, so matching time never eats into your deadline. Most orders are matched with a reviewer inside a few minutes.

Can I ask for changes after delivery?

Yes. Each order includes revisions — two by default. Ask through the order page and it goes back to the same reviewer with a shortened deadline. If a revision does not resolve the problem, open a dispute and our team reviews the whole thread.

What file types can I upload?

PDF, Word (.docx), OpenDocument (.odt), RTF, plain text and Markdown, up to 25 MB per file. Macro-enabled documents are rejected. Every upload is scanned before anyone can open it.

Privacy

Who can see my document?

The reviewer assigned to your order, and platform administrators if you open a dispute. Nobody else. Files are encrypted before they reach storage, and the copy the reviewer opens has author, company and tracked-change identity metadata removed, so your name is not sitting in the file properties.

Will the reviewer know who I am?

No. You appear to each other as workspace handles such as "Client C-4821" and "Expert E-7390". Email addresses, phone numbers and real names are never shown across that boundary, and the workspace chat removes contact details automatically if either side tries to share them.

Is my document added to any database?

Dr. AI does not submit your work to any similarity repository. Reviewers are required to run checks in a mode that does not add your document to a repository, and to confirm this in their acceptable-use attestation. If you have a specific requirement from your institution, tell us in the order instructions and we will match a reviewer who can meet it.

Payment

When am I charged?

You fund your wallet, and the order amount moves into escrow the moment you place the order. It stays there until you accept the delivery. If nobody can take your order, or you cancel before it is assigned, the full amount returns to your wallet.

How do I add funds?

Bank transfer, Easypaisa, or USDT, with a receipt upload that our team confirms — usually within a few hours. Card payment is available where our payment processor supports your country. Every deposit produces a downloadable invoice.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, in three situations: your order was never assigned; you cancelled before assignment; or a dispute is resolved in your favour. Refunds go back to your Dr. AI wallet, and you can request a payout from there.

For reviewers

What do I need to be approved?

A completed profile, a payout method, and — for any service that depends on licensed reporting software — evidence that you hold your own authorised access to that software in your own right. An administrator reviews every application manually. Until that evidence is verified, dispatch will not send you orders for those services.

How are orders assigned?

Automatically. When an order is paid for, the engine scores every reviewer who is online, offers the service, can meet the deadline, and has capacity. The highest-scoring reviewer gets an exclusive offer with a two-to-four-minute window. If they do not respond, it moves to the next. There is no bidding and no proposal writing.

What affects my score?

On-time delivery rate, client rating, offer acceptance rate, how fast you respond to offers, spare capacity, and your tier. Idle time also counts, so a quiet reviewer is not permanently outranked by a busy one. The full weighting is documented in the repository.

When do I get paid?

The moment the client accepts your delivery, the payout lands in your wallet. On-time work pays in full; late delivery reduces the payout on a published sliding scale. Withdraw to Easypaisa, a bank account or Binance once you are above the minimum.

Accounts

Do I need two-factor authentication?

It is optional for clients, strongly recommended for reviewers, and required for administrators. It also gates withdrawals: if you want to move money out, you will need an authenticator app set up first.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. Ask through the contact form or your account settings and we will remove your profile and documents, keeping only the financial records we are required to retain. Uploaded files can be deleted individually at any time before they are attached to an order.
