How an order actually moves through Dr. AI

Most of what follows is automated. That is the point: the slow part of every other service like this is a human deciding who should do your job.

  1. 1

    Upload and price the job

Choose a service, upload the document, enter the word count and pick a turnaround. The quote is itemised — base fee, length, turnaround multiplier, any discount — so there is nothing to discover later.

Uploads are scanned for malware and rejected if they contain macros. Nothing is attached to an order until the scan passes.

  2. 2

    Fund and place the order

Top up your wallet by bank transfer, Easypaisa, USDT or card, then place the order. The amount moves into escrow immediately — held by the platform, not paid to anyone yet.

Your deadline starts counting from payment, so however long matching takes, it comes out of the reviewer's time, not yours.

  3. 3

    Automatic matching

The dispatch engine scores every reviewer who is online, offers your service, can meet your deadline and has spare capacity. The top match gets an exclusive offer with a two-to-four-minute window.

If they do not respond, the offer expires and moves to the next reviewer. No administrator is involved, and no reviewer sees the same order twice.

  4. 4

    Work in the anonymous workspace

As soon as someone accepts, a private workspace opens with the files, the deadline, a timeline, and a chat. You appear to each other as workspace handles only.

The chat strips out email addresses, phone numbers, messaging handles and off-platform payment requests before a message is stored.

  5. 5

    Review, revise, accept

Reports arrive in your dashboard. Download them, and either accept or ask for a revision. Two revisions are included by default, and the reviewer gets a shortened deadline for each.

If you do nothing, the delivery accepts automatically after 72 hours, so a reviewer is never left unpaid indefinitely.

  6. 6

    If something goes wrong

Open a dispute and our team reads the whole thread — files, timeline, chat, dispatch log — then resolves it: full refund, partial refund, or release to the reviewer.

Because every action is logged, disputes are settled on the record rather than on whoever argues hardest.

For reviewers

The other side of the same order

Apply once

Complete your profile, add a payout method, and upload evidence of your licensed tool access. An administrator reviews it. Your phone number is visible to administrators only — never to clients.

Receive offers automatically

Set yourself online, choose your concurrency limit and quiet hours, and offers arrive. Accept or decline in one click; declining costs you nothing, ignoring repeatedly pauses your offers.

Get paid on acceptance

The payout lands in your wallet the moment the client accepts. Withdraw to Easypaisa, a bank account or Binance once you are above the minimum.

What we commit to

Three things that are structural, not promises

Anonymity is enforced, not requested

The database projections used inside the workspace do not include name, email or phone. It is not a setting someone can forget to switch on.

Files are encrypted before storage

AES-256-GCM, with the initialisation vector and authentication tag stored separately from the payload, and integrity verified on every read.

Reviewers are verified individually

Manual approval, plus documented evidence of licensed tool access before any licensed-report service is dispatched to them.
