Reviewer payout policy
Published in full, because a performance-based payout that nobody can audit is just a discount. These are the platform defaults; administrators can tune them, and the version applied to an order is recorded on that order.

Two guardrails
- Bonuses are capped at 20% of the base payout in total.
- Penalties can reduce a payout to zero but never below it.
Reductions apply to the reviewer's share, not to what you paid. If a delivery is late enough to matter to you, request a revision or open a dispute — that is what the escrow window is for.
